Everyone attending NAYC registers here on the official site. Registration includes a badge that opens every session in both Lucas Oil Stadium and the Indiana Convention Center.

Badges can be picked up on site by anyone living outside the United States.

Finding seats together in a stadium is the hardest part of bringing a group. For NAYC27, leaders can register for a reserved section inside Level 100 or Level 200 on Friday, February 19, 2027 at 6:00 PM Central, the same way you would register for any level.

When you arrive, your group picks and fills its registered number of seats inside that section. Individual seats may shift from session to session, but your group has seats in its section for all of NAYC.

On the map and on the badges, reserved sections are shown as one color. A reserved section ticket guarantees your group seating inside the section you purchased, for every session.

Every ticket carries a $1.50 Eventbrite service fee and a 2.5% processing fee.

   Your housing number

   The hotel block confirmation number, reservation acknowledgement number, or exemption number from Connections Housing.

   Your head count

   Eventbrite allows 100 tickets in one transaction. For more than 100, a second person registers the rest.

   Your level

   A reserved section, the floor, Level 100, Level 200, Level 300, or Level 400.

   Your payment card

   Have the billing name and address that match the card, and check the credit limit before the night.

   Your contact and housing details

   The shipping name and address for the badges, the billing name and address, the NAYC housing contact name, the housing confirmation number, the room block number or exemption number.

As with housing, the registration site is reachable before tickets go on sale so you can get familiar with it. Tickets themselves open at 6:00 PM Central on Friday, February 19, 2027.

Hotel registration comes first. There is no upfront charge for a reservation. There is a fee for cancelling, listed below.

   Come to this site at 6:00 PM Central

   On Tuesday, January 19, 2027, open northamericanyouthcongress.com and choose Hotels. If you arrive early, refresh at 6:00 PM to see the booking button.

   Wait your turn

   Because of demand you may be placed in a waiting room. The page counts down to your turn. Do not navigate away or refresh, or you lose your place in line.

   Search with arrival July 28 and departure July 31

   Those dates speed up the booking. The hotel list is sorted by distance from the venue, and you can sort by rate or name instead. If you need extra nights, book these dates first, then email the housing team with your preferred dates once your reservation is confirmed.

   Enter guest and payment details

   You do not need to name every guest for each room. Leave the pre-filled fields as they are.

   Confirm and check your email

   A confirmation email should arrive within 36 hours. Check spam. If it does not arrive, email the housing team.

Cancellation policy

• Cancelled on or after February 5 through May 27, 2027$45 cancel fee plus a $5 card processing fee$50

Hotels within two miles of Lucas Oil Stadium require a three night minimum covering Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday nights.
