Shoppers at a vendor booth in the Indiana Convention Center during NAYC25

How it works

When registration opens you pick the booth space or spaces you want, complete an information form, and pay in full. Every application goes through a vetting process against the NAYC vendor guidelines. You will hear within three weeks of registering whether your space is approved. If it is not, you receive a full refund.

You can buy more than one space. Details on orientation, move-in, and move-out come closer to the event.

Pricing

  • First 10 by 10 space$1,600
  • Second 10 by 10 space$1,400
  • Each additional space$1,200

Each 10 by 10 space includes

  • Two vendor badges. They open the convention halls early and seat you anywhere in the stadium except VIP, Move the Mission reserved seating, and reserved sections.
  • Pipe and drape to define the space.
  • One basic power drop.

Extra power (5 or 20 amp), tables, chairs, and carpet can be added when you register the space.

Food and drink

Any booth or food truck selling food or drink must have a commissary kitchen licensed in Marion County, Indiana, and must register with the Indiana Convention Center's food and beverage provider, Sodexo Live.
